1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using OffScrimpi's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
OffScrimpi provides professional sewing machine maintenance services including:
- Machine lubrication and cleaning
- Precision adjustment and calibration
- Repair and parts replacement
- Consultation and technical support
3. Service Agreement
3.1 Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on initial assessment. Final costs may vary depending on the actual work required and parts needed.
3.2 Service Scheduling
Services are scheduled by appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled times but cannot guarantee exact timing due to the nature of maintenance work.
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
4. Warranties and Disclaimers
4.1 Service Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in our work but does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from other causes.
4.2 Equipment Handling
While we take utmost care in handling your equipment, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues not related to our service work.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about machine condition and history
- Ensure machines are clean and accessible for service
- Report any issues with our service within the warranty period
- Make timely payment for services rendered
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.
7. Parts and Materials
We use quality replacement parts and materials. Original manufacturer parts are used when available and requested. Generic or compatible parts may be used when appropriate and cost-effective.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your business information. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
